ACHIEVING INDEPENDENT ACCREDITATION

against the Standards shows patients that a general practice is serious about providing high quality care.

As part of RACGP standards, we seek feedback from patients and their experiences of our clinic to provide insight on our strengths and weaknesses.

Our 2018 survey results identified the following improvements to be made:

  • Appointment times

  • Informed decisions

  • Local health services

  • We aim to improve our service to you by:

  • Reserving appointment slots for Urgent appointments

  • Increase patient awareness of delays

  • Make resources and brochures for health information readily available for patient access

  • Getting in touch with our local health services to provide our patients with updated and accurate information
